Doug Wallace


Doug is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in Civil Litigation. He was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2018 edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada® (Personal Injury Litigation).

He practices personal injury, health law and insurance law, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants.  Doug also represents healthcare providers in professional negligence cases.

Doug has extensive trial and appeal experience. He has handled cases at the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.  He also appears at arbitrations and appeals before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, License Appeal Tribunal and at private arbitrations involving loss transfer and priority disputes.
